The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme aims to improve foreign language education and grass roots internationalization by inviting young people from around the world to Japan. It is administered with the cooperation of local authorities, the Japanese government, and CLAIR? (the Council of Local Authorities for International Relations).
